1. What We Collect
We collect information you provide when registering (name, email, password hash), images you upload for staging, billing details processed via Stripe (we do not store card numbers), and usage logs (generation requests, timestamps).
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and improve the virtual staging service
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To send transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets)
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
We do not sell your personal data or use uploaded room images to train AI models without explicit consent.
3. Image Data
Uploaded images and generated outputs are stored securely on AWS S3. Images are retained for the duration of your account and deleted within 90 days of account closure. You can delete individual projects at any time from your dashboard.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Stripe — payment processing (subject to Stripe's privacy policy)
- AWS S3 — secure image storage
- BFL / Fal.ai — AI image generation APIs
- Resend — transactional email delivery
5. Cookies & Session Data
We use secure HTTP-only cookies to maintain your session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser, but this will prevent you from logging in.
6. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@aurastaging.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Data Retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by law. Deleted accounts are purged within 90 days.
