1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AURA STAGING ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Use of the Service
AURA STAGING provides AI-powered virtual staging for real estate photography. You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Disclose any virtually staged images as digitally altered when required by your local MLS or regulatory authority
- Not upload images containing personally identifiable information without consent
- Not reverse-engineer or misuse the AI models
3. Credits & Billing
Credits are purchased on a subscription or top-up basis. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused monthly credits do not roll over unless otherwise stated in your plan. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the original images you upload. AURA STAGING retains ownership of the AI models and platform. Generated outputs are licensed to you for commercial use within your real estate marketing activities.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated images will meet specific aesthetic or regulatory requirements. Virtual staging is a creative tool and results may vary.
6. Limitation of Liability
AURA STAGING shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including any compliance issues resulting from improper disclosure of virtually staged images.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal.
